Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States, also known as Freedom Day Embark on a journey through history with Samuel Collins III, a visionary. Juneteenth festivities kick off in Fort Collins on Friday, June 16, with a youth night at the Boys & Girls Club of Larimer County, 1608 Lancer Drive, and an opening concert at Foothills mall, 215.
